I have worked on development and humanitarian initiatives over the last decade, focusing mostly on social and economic rights as well as transparent and accountable governance with organisations such as the Open Society Foundations (OSF), the Arab NGO Network for Development (ANND) and others. Over the past three years, I have supported, as a consultant, programme development, institutional growth and project implementation with a variety of organisations ranging from international advocacy coalitions to grass-roots relief campaigns. Connecting with humanitarian responders and development activists is always an exciting and humbling experience for me, supporting them in developing the skills and structures needed to make their work more effective and impactful is always a privilege.
One thing to know:
I enjoy gardening and have had quite a few humble successes making things grow in the sunny locations where I’ve been based. Now I’m looking forward to doing the same in the challenging London weather.
