I am a MEAL and research specialist bringing 15 years of experience working across the development and humanitarian nexus. I started my professional journey in Uganda, where I volunteered for a year, working in an educational centre for vulnerable children in Kampala. After this life changing experience, I worked for the African Refugee Centre in San Francisco, Sightsavers International Uganda, Human Rights Committee at the European Parliament and the British Council; to finally arrive at the Humanitarian Leadership Academy and Save the Children UK. Here, I am leading the MEAL and Research function ensuring our learning is impactful and based on quality evidence. I have Masters’ degrees in international education and development from Sussex University and social research from the University of Copenhagen.
One thing to know:
I love open water diving.
