The Humanitarian Leadership Academy and Save the Children International invite you to join HX Kampala: Locally Led Response in East Africa – Adaptation and Resilience, taking place on June 26 and 27, 2025 in Kampala, Uganda — a 2-day in-person and online conference.
This conference will bring together local, regional, and international humanitarian actors to exchange knowledge, best practices, and strategies to enhance adaptation and resilience in crisis response. The conference will be conducted in English and Arabic.

- Day 1 will explore critical needs, lessons learned, and practical solutions related to the cross-border Sudan humanitarian response.
- Day 2 will focus on locally led humanitarian efforts across the broader East and Southern Africa (ESA) region, promoting inclusive, sustainable, and community-driven approaches.
