l have been in the humanitarian sector for 14 years, predominantly focused on capacity strengthening and learning for the sector but I’ve also played a key role in the design, set up and continued journey of a number of humanitarian start ups, including the Start Network and Elrha, as well as being a board member for the former. Within my current role, I also play a global Chair role, influencing the Save the Children movement’s humanitarian strategy from a capacity strengthening lens and working across the sector to positively collaborate and make the most of our collective endeavours. I’m also a qualified coach and spends some of my spare time coaching & mentoring individuals and teams both inside and outside of the sector.
One thing to know:
I enjoy running as a way to get much needed time out and managed to successfully complete the London Marathon in 2018 (a feat never to be repeated!)
